Returns Policy

We have outlined in the Frequently Asked Questions section of this website information relevant to the return of goods and we are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase but sometimes it may be necessary to return goods.  If you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange as per the conditions outlined below. 

  • All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase together with the completed website return form.
  • Returned items must be received within 21 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • Return items received after 21 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited.
  • We will attempt to process all returns within 48 hours and refunds or credits will be processed within seven (7) working days.
  • Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Return postage is your responsibility, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. If this is proved to be the case when goods are examined, then return postage will also be refunded. For your own security, please use a signed-for service. We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit when returned to us.
  • Please note goods purchased online cannot be returned at any other retailer who stocks rojo outerwear branded products.
